Position Overview We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing spa team. This position may be seasonal or year-round , with part-time and full-time opportunities available. The ideal candidate is reliable, kind, professional, and excited to work in a beautiful resort spa setting. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and can perform high-quality massage services with care and consistency. Responsibilities As a Licensed Massage Therapist at The Qi Lounge, you will: Provide professional, customized massage therapy services to spa guests Perform massage services for 4 or more hours per shift Create a relaxing, welcoming, and positive experience for every guest Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment room environment Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and team members Support the overall flow of the spa and work collaboratively with the team Follow spa protocols, sanitation standards, and service expectations Represent The Qi Lounge with professionalism, warmth, and a team-player attitude Requirements Qualified candidates should have Current massage therapy license in good standing A team-player attitude Reliability and strong professional integrity Ability to perform 4 or more hours of massage per shift Weekday and weekend availability Availability at least 2 days per week, generally between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM A positive, can-do attitude Desire to learn, grow, and receive mentorship Appreciation for a high-end spa environment and guest-centered service Preferred Qualifications Training or experience in Ashiatsu massage is a plus Experience in a spa, resort spa, wellness, or hospitality setting Experience with hot stone, deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic, couples massage, body treatments, cupping, or other advanced modalities Interest in continuing education and expanding service offerings Compensation & Perks Starting pay is $61.40/hour when performing massage Pay increases to $67.80/hour after 50 days of employment W-2 employee position Seasonal or year-round opportunities available Part-time and full-time opportunities available Self-care credit earned toward spa services and products Supportive team environment with mentorship Beautiful resort spa setting on Lake Estes Opportunity to work with guests visiting Estes Park and The Estes Park Resort & Spa Schedule Minimum availability of 2 days per week Weekday and weekend availability required Shifts generally available between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Seasonal and year-round schedules available Our Ideal Team Member You may be a great fit for The Qi Lounge if you: Believe in working hard, staying humble, and being kind Have an attitude of gratitude Enjoy working as part of a supportive team Love all things spa, wellness, relaxation, and guest care Are dependable, positive, and professional Want to grow your skills in a beautiful, high-quality spa environment We look forward to meeting talented massage therapists who are excited to bring healing, relaxation, and exceptional service to our guests!
