About Body Revive Body Revive is a results-driven wellness clinic specializing in medical and orthopedic massage, recovery therapies, and science-backed services. We are actively evolving into a full-spectrum wellness center focused on long-term healing—not just short-term relief. We proudly work with VA patients referred from the Community Care Network within a more clinical model of care, while also offering advanced wellness services including red light therapy and sauna/cold plunge contrast therapy . As we grow, we are expanding into a wider range of therapies designed to support both physical and mental wellness. Our mission is simple: we nurture healing, not just relaxation. Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for a motivated Master Esthetician who: Wants more than a traditional spa environment Is interested in advanced or medical-based esthetics Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinic Is confident in recommending services, memberships, and products based on client needs Is excited to grow with a business expanding into broader wellness services Your Role Advanced Esthetics: Perform customized, results-driven skincare treatments Build treatment plans focused on long-term results Educate clients on skin health, aging, and recovery Confidently recommend appropriate services, packages, and home care products Contribute to the growth and evolution of esthetic services Front Desk + Clinic Support: Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional experience Manage scheduling, client communication, and check-outs Assist massage therapists with room turnover between sessions Wash, dry, and restock linens (sheets, towels, blankets) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Assist with VA referrals, authorizations, and renewals Support retail sales, memberships, and overall clinic revenue goals Support overall clinic flow and team efficiency Qualifications Active Utah Master Esthetician License Strong interest in results-driven or medical esthetics Proven ability or confidence in sales, client education, and service recommendations Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized and able to multitask Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Must be willing to work rotating weekends Highly Valued (Not Required) Experience with advanced modalities or corrective skincare Desire to grow into leadership or program development Marketing or social media skills Compensation + Growth Hourly base pay for front desk responsibilities Hourly service pay + commission on esthetic services Tips Commission on retail and membership sales Opportunities to help build and lead esthetics within the clinic Continued education and skill development Access to wellness and recovery services Top performers who excel in client care and sales will have strong earning potential Why This Role Stands Out You won’t just be filling a position—you’ll be part of building a nurturing, full-spectrum wellness center that blends therapeutic care, recovery, and expanding advanced services Pay: $12.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Are you willing to work rotating weekend License/Certification: Master Esthetician License (Required) Work Location: In person
