SummaryPM Pediatric Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.For Full Time, the pay range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 + medical benefits + PTO (compensation dependent on licensure & experience)2 Flexible Schedule options: 5 days 1:00pm-9:00pm M-F; or 4 10 hour days: 2 days 11:00am - 9:00pm, 2 days 8:00am - 6:00pm or can use 9:00am-2:00pm on Saturdays;Part Time positions = 20 hours per week (benefits eligible!!)Founded in 2006, PM Pediatrics is the nation's largest pediatric urgent care provider as well as a national telehealth company expanding services to meet all of the physical, behavioral, and psychosocial needs of children.DescriptionPerform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices Providing counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner Works closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily Compensation Range: $65,000-$70,000The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role. Please note that actual salaries/rates may vary within this range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and based on experience and qualifications. QualificationsMaster's Degree in Social Work or a related field requiredRelevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW- NY)MUST have experience with pediatric and adolescent patientsExperience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferredKnowledge of medical terminologyAbility to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgroundsKnowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and healthStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent short-term counseling skillsExperience with discharge planningEEO StatementPM Pediatric Care is an equal employment opportunity employer.
