Job Opportunity: Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist) Location: Ocean Psychology Group, Coral Gables / Miami, FL Schedule: Fully Flexible / Full-Time Administrative Support: Full support provided (HIPAA-Compliant Software, Credentialing, Billing, Scheduling) About the Practice At Ocean Psychology Group , we believe that a clinician’s best work happens when they are supported, respected, and given the freedom to balance their professional and personal lives. The Role We are seeking a Florida-licensed clinician (or license-eligible) with at least 2–3 years of experience in direct client services. Our ideal teammate is someone who enjoys working with a wide range of backgrounds and is committed to providing culturally competent care. While we welcome all clinical backgrounds, we are particularly interested in candidates with specialized experience or a strong desire to focus on: Couples Therapy (Gottman, EFT, etc.) EMDR or other trauma-informed modalities What We Offer Total Administrative Freedom: We manage all credentialing, insurance billing, initial intake scheduling, and follow-up administrative tasks. Licensure: Active Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist). Bilingual (Preferred): Proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a significant plus given our diverse client base.
