Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Miami We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in Miami. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients. Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate clients and families about mental health issues and coping strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client care. Stay updated on advancements in mental health counseling practices and techniques. Provide crisis intervention and support when needed. Develop and conduct workshops or group sessions on mental health topics. Requirements Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology. Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong understanding of various therapeutic approaches and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and foster a trusting relationship. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care. Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
