POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient behavioral health role delivering counseling and therapeutic services for individuals and families Flexible scheduling options including hybrid scheduling and four 10-hour shift opportunities Collaborative interdisciplinary care environment with full clinical and administrative support staff Mission-driven behavioral health organization focused on long-term patient care and community support Upstate New York location known for outdoor recreation, historical sites, and small-town charm COMPENSATION Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Option for four 10-hour shifts One evening weekly until 7:00 PM Hybrid scheduling available ROLE Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services for patients age 5 and older Support patients experiencing behavioral health and substance use concerns Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with medical and clinical teams Complete evaluations and implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches Maintain timely and accurate documentation within electronic health record systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and respond to urgent client needs and crisis situations Participate in supervision, training, and continuing education opportunities ENVIRONMENT Outpatient behavioral health setting Hybrid scheduling flexibility available Full clinical and administrative support staff provided Interdisciplinary team-based care environment Community-focused patient population BENEFITS Health insurance with 3 plan options Dental and vision insurance with 100% employer coverage 401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% employer match 3 weeks paid time off 6 paid holidays plus week between Christmas and New Year’s Day off 2 floating holidays Life insurance up to 1x salary up to $200,000 Short-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account options Professional development assistance Longevity incentive program Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 CME allowance with paid time off Requirements: Clear and active New York LMHC license REQUIRED Strong verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED Comfortable working with patient populations age 5 and older REQUIRED Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary care environment REQUIRED Experience working within electronic health record systems REQUIRED Strong patient-centered and team-oriented care approach REQUIRED Not ready to formally apply?
