Job Responsibilities Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs to design personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Use evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living capabilities Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care Educate Patients and Their Families: Teach patients and caregivers therapy techniques to maintain continuous progress at home Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Document clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans to ensure effective patient care Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported Certifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certificati
