Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and integrated care. Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapeutic techniques that foster ongoing recovery and progress at home. Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary to ensure that patients remain on track. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.
