Job Description Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Recognize individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their therapeutic objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor function, cognitive abilities, and daily activities. Collaborate with Various Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide a holistic approach to patient care. Educate Patients and Guardians: Provide insightful guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to facilitate ongoing progress in their home environment. Track Progress and Adapt Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches accordingly to keep patients on track with their rehabilitation goals. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from a regionally accredited institution Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
