Job Description Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and develop individual therapy strategies to help them reach their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ research-supported interventions to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities. Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care. Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families through therapy methods to ensure continued progress outside of the clinical setting. Assess and Document Progress: Track clinical results and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients aligned with their objectives. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported.
