Job Description Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' needs and develop personalized therapy plans to assist them in reaching their functional ambitions Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care Educate Patients and Caregivers: Train patients and their families on therapeutic methods to enhance continued progress at home Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical results and refine treatment plans, ensuring alignment with patient recovery goals Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and actively supported Certifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license Mandatory NBC
