Job Duties Design Tailored Therapy Programs: Assess patients' requirements and craft individualized treatment plans to support their journey towards independence. Implement Treatment Strategies: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' mobility, cognitive function, and ability to engage in daily activities. Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure well-rounded, patient-centered care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide insightful guidance to patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to promote ongoing progress long after therapy ends. Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to help patients remain on their desired path of recovery.
