Job Duties Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate personalized therapy protocols aimed at achieving their functional aspirations. Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven methodologies to improve patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and day-to-day activities. Collaborate in Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care that honors each patient's journey. Educate Patients and Families: Provide insightful training for patients and their families on therapeutic approaches to promote ongoing progress beyond the therapy room. Track Progress and Adapt Strategies: Document clinical advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure that each patient remains on their path to recovery.
