Job Duties Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate personalized therapy protocols aimed at achieving their functional aspirations. Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven methodologies to improve patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and day-to-day activities. Collaborate in Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care that honors each patient's journey.
