Job Responsibilities Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy plans focused on helping them reach their functional goals Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills Work Collaboratively: Partner with an interdisciplinary team comprising OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide all-encompassing care Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic methods to encourage ongoing improvement outside the clinical setting Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient progress Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported Certifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Oc
