Job Duties Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities for patients. Collaborate with Interprofessional Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, multifaceted patient care. Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to facilitate ongoing progress in their everyday lives. Assess and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment as required, ensuring patients are consistently moving towards their goals. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Engagement in continued education or post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported. Certifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
