Licensed Paraprofessional

Northwestern Illinois Association seeks a Licensed Paraprofessional to support students and educators within the Education, Training & E‑Learning department. In this role, you will provide instructional support, implement accommodations, and assist with classroom and small‑group activities under the direction of licensed teachers. You will collect student data, help manage behavior plans, and use digital learning tools to enhance instruction.
