A company is looking for a Senior Director - Patent Counsel. Key Responsibilities Draft and prosecute pharmaceutical patent applications related to antibodies and biologic therapeutics Analyze risks and develop strategic approaches to support business objectives Advise teams on exclusivity, freedom to operate, and litigation risks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific field Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) Degree Minimum of four years of post-JD experience as a patent attorney At least four years of experience with patent applications for antibodies and biologics Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state and before the USPTO
