Job Type: Flexible / Part-Time / Independent Practice Opportunity A small boutique wellness and functional fitness studio in Bay Ridge is looking to connect with a New York State licensed Physical Therapist who is interested in building or expanding their own independent practice in a private, supportive setting. This opportunity is ideal for a PT who has thought about opening their own practice but does not want to take on the full cost of rent, equipment, scheduling systems, marketing, and startup infrastructure. The space is best suited for boutique-style care such as pelvic floor therapy, orthopedic rehab, post-rehab strength, balance/fall prevention, pre/postnatal support, mobility, chronic pain support, and therapeutic exercise. Important Structure: This is not a fee-splitting arrangement and not a traditional employee position. The PT would maintain full clinical independence and control over patient care, documentation, treatment plans, billing, collections, and professional decision-making. The studio would provide non-clinical MSO support, which may include space, equipment access, scheduling/admin support, marketing support, and general operational infrastructure through a written agreement. MSO fees would be fixed or tiered based on space use, schedule volume, admin support, and infrastructure needs — not based on a percentage of revenue, collections, or patient fees. The PT must have or be willing to establish the appropriate New York professional practice structure, maintain malpractice insurance, and comply with all professional and clinical requirements.
