Licensed Practical Nurse / Evening (SNF) - Queens, NY (#25296B) Location: Queens, NYEmployment Type: Full-time (1-year Contract)Hourly Rate: $47/hr Position Overview Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care during evening shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Queens, NY. Comprehensive benefits: 1 Week of Paid Vacation based on accruals after 3 months of employment 5 Sick Days (40 Hours) subject to the provisions of NYS Paid Sick Leave Act Health insurance is subject to plan eligibility requirements 401(k) Matching eligibility after 1 year of employment Work Schedule: Full-time, Evening; (3:30 PM to 12 AM). Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Licensure: Active New York State LPN license Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting Technical Skill: Proficiency in patient care documentation and medication administration Soft Skills: Compassionate caregiver with strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities Other requirements: Must be immune to Hep B Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs Collaborate with healthcare team members Maintain accurate patient records and reports Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
