Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Licensure: Active New York State LPN license Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting Technical Skill: Proficiency in patient care documentation and medication administration Soft Skills: Compassionate caregiver with strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities Other requirements: Must be immune to Hep B Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs Collaborate with healthcare team members Maintain accurate patient records and reports Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
