Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay Range: $35-38 Overnight Differential Schedule: two-week rotating schedule Quarterly bonus potential! $5,000 Sign on bonus after 90 days and 6 months Why Nurses Like Working Here Behavioral health nursing is busy, engaging, and very human. You'll work from a central nurse station where clients come to you, giving you a steady home base even on fast-paced days. New to behavioral health? That's okay! What You'll Do Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments Process labs and communicate results Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA & regulatory standards) Respond to medical concerns with confidence and compassion Support clients through detox and stabilization Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team Communicate with families when appropriate Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication Mainta
