$7,500 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE, you'll be under the direct supervision of the RN and within the scope of their practice, the LPN provides nursing care and performs appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients and effectively interacts within patients, significant others, and other health care team workers while maintaining standards of practical nursing.
