LPN / RN Night Shift Supervisor (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Fountain View Healthcare Fountain View Healthcare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Night Shift Supervisor . This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality, and compassionate resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
