Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Act 33 with renewal Act 34 with renewal Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) OR Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) Current Pennsylvania nursing license, or a multistate license issued by an NLC‑participating state. Employees working on an out‑of‑state NLC license who later establish residency in Pennsylvania must apply for a PA Nursing license within 60 days of their residency change.
