Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties: Provide essential care in a skilled nursing facility. Administer medications and treatments, ensuring safety compliance. Document patient conditions and update care plans accordingly. Support and supervise STNAs to ensure quality long-term care. Monitor resident health and escalate concerns as needed.
