HumanGood community is seeking a compassionate LPN to support residents in our senior living community. In this on-site role, you’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and maintain accurate EHR documentation. You will collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and care teams to support individualized wellness plans that promote dignity, safety, and independence.
