TheLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisorsupports the individualized service plan for residents by providing leadership and supervision in care community, administering medications, observing treatments, maintaining current health profiles to ensure quality of care and assisting residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living while promoting independence as necessary or as directed. Requirements For TheLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members. Demonstrate excellent teamwork. Experience in Senior Living preferred.
