Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to join our clinical team. The LPA will work under the supervision of a licensed psychologist to provide psychological services, including conducting assessments, delivering individual and group therapy, and collaborating with colleagues on treatment planning. This role is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, professional growth, and delivering compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized measures. Participate in case staffing and consultation with colleagues to support integrated care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and ensure quality client outcomes. Document clinical services in accordance with professional and legal standards, as well as company policies. Engage in regular supervision with a licensed psychologist and comply with all Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology regulations. Maintain ethical standards of practice, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Qualifications Master’s degree in psychology from a regionally accredited institution. Current Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) credential in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology. Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Commitment to collaborative teamwork and professional development. Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting psychological or educational assessments.
