We provide beautiful fully furnished office space, staff to handle calls/scheduling, an electronic health record system with set note templates and billing, marketing materials, phone system, a steady stream of referrals, and ongoing consultation and trainings.Role DescriptionThis position is for a Licensed Psychologist who will join as an independent contractor and work primarily in office with 1-2 days remotely if desired. The position includes a flexible autonomous work schedule with no set caseload requirements and the ability to prioritize preferred areas of interest. The Licensed Psychologist will be responsible for providing individual and/or family therapy and creating and implementing treatment plans for clients. The Licensed Psychologist will also be responsible for communicating with healthcare providers, documenting client progress in a timely manner, and scheduling follow up sessions with clients. A candidate with specialty interests and experience in treating anxiety disorders (primarily OCD), disruptive behavioral disorders, parent coaching for ADHD and/or mood concerns would be an ideal fit. Training and supervision is offered if requested.QualificationsPossess a Doctorate in School, Counseling, Professional or Clinical PsychologyCurrent and active state licensure as a Psychologist in MinnesotaExperience providing cognitive-behavioral evidence based treatment modalitiesExperience in providing individual outpatient therapyExperience in treating anxiety, behavioral, and/or mood disordersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based environmentCultural competence and experience working with diverse populationsExperience with electronic health records and documentation
