Evidence of experience with higher acuity clients and/or CBT must be provided. If you are interested in learning how to work more effectively with complex patients, feel passionate about providing the highest level of clinical care, and enjoy collaborating with others, you would be a good fit for our DBT consultation team.QualificationsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related fieldActive and unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in the state of South Carolina.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience providing mental health counseling services to adolescents and adultsKnowledge and experience with Cognitive Behavior Therapy and preferably some experience with Dialectical Behavior TherapyExcellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and their familiesAbility to work independently and as a member of a collaborative teamCommitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards and ethical guidelinesAgree to do 30-hour Foundational DBT training with www.Behavioraltech.org and join our weekly DBT consultation team that meets Wednesdays from 10-12pmCollaborate with a DBT certified therapist for weekly supervision
