We provide the network to build your success and a compensation plan designed to let you keep more of your money: Massive Locating Payouts: Earn up to 200% commission of a client's first month’s rent on apartment locating deals. Favorable Agent Splits: Enjoy a highly competitive 70/30 split (you keep 70%) until you reach $15,000 in Gross Commission Income (GCI) every quarter . Total Flexibility: Choose your path! You have the option to do apartment locating only, real estate sales only, or experience the highest level of success by doing both. Duties Assist clients in locating and securing rental apartments or properties that meet their needs and preferences Conduct property tours, showcasing features and amenities to prospective tenants Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while complying with Fair Housing regulations Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including online listings and community outreach Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property management practices, and real estate law to provide accurate guidance Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, processing applications, and maintaining detailed client records Communicate effectively with clients, property owners, and team members to facilitate smooth transactions and build lasting relationships Qualifications Valid state-issued real estate license with active status as a Licensed Real Estate Agent Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to client needs Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—along with organizational expertise is not a must Background in marketing or real estate advertising is a plus Familiarity with real estate law, property management practices, and administrative procedures related to leasing transactions Join our vibrant team where your expertise will help clients find their dream homes while advancing your career in a supportive, energetic environment.
