In this position, you will… As a bolt sales professional, you will assist customers with their insurance needs by sharing your property and casualty insurance knowledge. You will be expected to work not only independently, but also working in a team environment to achieve the department's goals. This role will report to a sales manager but will be actively mentored by the entire sales team. You will be responsible for… Converting leads to sales by rapidly responding to customers who have requested a quote Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies Present cross- sell opportunities to your clients Build client relationships based on trust and integrity Make recommendations to clients based upon their needs For you to be successful… …we expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies: Collaborative: Partners with a range of people to create trust and co-create and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
