Hair Cuttery, the largest privately held salon chain in North America, is seeking a Licensed Salon Hair Stylist to help open and grow our new salon location in the Beauty & Wellness industry within the Personal Care & Service department. As a Salon Professional, you will use your creativity and technical expertise to provide a full range of hair services—including precision haircuts, customized color, highlights, styling, and texture services—to a diverse clientele. You will conduct thorough consultations to understand each guest’s hair goals, recommend services and products tailored to their needs, and deliver consistently high-quality results that keep clients looking and feeling their best. In our creative and supportive culture, you will collaborate with a team of stylists who are passionate about their craft, share techniques, and support each other in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all state board regulations and salon policies, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a professional, welcoming, and safe environment. You will actively promote and educate clients on professional haircare products to help them maintain their look at home while contributing to your own earning potential through service and retail commissions.
