We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a territory-based home care role. Provide in-home speech, language, cognition, and swallowing evaluations and treatments. Develop personalized care plans to improve communication, cognitive skills, and swallowing safety. Educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Complete accurate documentation in EMR. Work independently with support from clinical mentors, enjoying flexibility and meaningful patient interactions. Qualifications include an active Minnesota SLP license, reliable vehicle, and EMR experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $109,000 annually, with full benefits, continuing education, and mileage reimbursement.
