Description Conduct assessments for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics through standardized tools and observational methods. Create tailored treatment plans that cater to both immediate objectives and ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements. Deliver customized speech therapy techniques focusing on communication, language development, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing functions. Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, medical doctors, caregivers, and families to foster unified care strategies. Provide informative education to patients and families to ensure progress outside of clinical environments. Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions, maintaining a con
