About the job Licensed Vocational Nurse - Contract THIS IS A CONTRACT (POSSIBILITY TO RENEW) POSITION We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work in a Mental Health hospital in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate should be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid Driver's License, and have graduated from a standard senior high school or equivalent. While experience in direct client care is preferred, we welcome LVNs with a passion for patient care and basic computer skills. This role involves providing essential healthcare services and support to both adults and children. Requirements: Any of the following licenses/certifications in the state of Texas (TX): Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) Valid Regular Driver License (DL) Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess a valid Driver's License. Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent. Preferably, experience in direct client care. Basic computer skills. Negative COVID-19 test result required. Successful completion of a urine drug screen and background check. Successful completion of an FBI fingerprint background check.
