Job Summary- Join our dynamic team as a Life Coach, where you will empower individuals to achieve their personal health, wellness, and life goals through personalized coaching and support. As a vital part of our health and wellness community, you will inspire positive change by guiding clients through behavioral transformations, developing tailored care plans, and fostering motivation. Duties Conduct motivational interviewing sessions to explore clients’ aspirations and overcome barriers to change Develop comprehensive care plans that address clients’ physical, emotional, and behavioral health needs Provide health coaching on topics such as weight loss, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle modifications Offer personal training sessions at our health club or gym facilities to support clients’ fitness goals Educate clients on behavioral health strategies, including stress management and yoga practices Track progress by maintaining detailed records of coaching sessions, goals, and outcomes Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure holistic support for clients’ well-being Skills Strong expertise in motivational interviewing techniques that inspire lasting change Knowledge of creating effective care plans tailored to individual needs Experience in health coaching, personal training, and fitness instruction within a gym or health club setting Familiarity with weight loss strategies, nutrition principles, and behavioral health practices Ability to teach yoga or mindfulness techniques to promote mental clarity and stress reduction Excellent communication skills to motivate and empower diverse client populations Passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals through energetic and positive engagement Pay: $24.27 - $29.23 per hour Work Location: In person
