Negotiate terms and policy details to secure agreements that satisfy both client needs and company standards. Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and following up on leads. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining policy benefits, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Experience Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for engaging diverse client bases. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
