Who We Are We are a rapidly growing financial marketing organization specializing in the distribution of: Life Insurance Annuities Retirement Planning Solutions Our mission is to provide financial education and protection strategies that help families build long-term security and peace of mind. We provide full training, mentorship, and step-by-step guidance through state licensing. Duties Meet with individuals and families to assess financial protection needs Educate clients on life insurance and retirement strategies Build strong, trust-based client relationships Complete state licensing (with full support from our team) Grow into leadership and mentorship roles as you advance Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and marketing campaigns Conduct thorough financial lifestyle strategy sessions to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance products based on their needs. Manage administrative tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and following up on leads Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the process Maintain compliance with industry standards when handling sensitive information Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset Coachable and driven Strong communication and people skills Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required) Must be 18+ Must be able to pass a background check Open to personal development and leadership training Candidates with bilingual skills are encouraged to apply.
