Key Responsibilities Provide proactive service resolution and monitor submitted business to ensure issuance and payment Collaborate with internal and external wholesalers to drive sales and assist with product inquiries and marketing materials Educate clients through thought leadership initiatives and engage cross-team resources for effective issue resolution Required Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Life and Health insurance license required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire One year as a Sales Support Specialist or 2+ years combined industry experience required Experience in sales, financial services, and insurance is necessary Excellent time management and strong phone skills are essential
