What You’ll Do Conduct in-home and/or client consultations Identify client needs and present tailored financial solutions Work with pre-qualified leads to maximize efficiency and closing opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and service Manage your own schedule with a focus on productivity and execution Learn and grow into leadership and management opportunities based on performance What We’re Looking For Strong drive, discipline, and a competitive mindset No prior experience required — full training provided Evidence of prior success (sales, sports, business, academics, or personal achievement) Comfortable communicating with people in the comfort of their own home.
