The Mission We have a $600,000 P&C book of business and 300+ households that are currently underserved on the life side. We aren't looking for a "customer service rep" or a "generalist." We are looking for a Life Insurance Rainmaker —someone who has mastered the captive life environment (NW Mutual, NY Life, etc.) but is tired of the "Project 100" grind and cold-calling their cousins. You provide the expertise; we provide the engine. Our goal is $50,000 in annual life premium , and we have the infrastructure to help you blow past that. Why This is Different (The Value Prop) The Lead Engine: We have a dedicated Marketing Assistant running LinkedIn Sales Navigator to scout blue-collar business owners specifically for Buy-Sell and Key Man agreements. Your calendar is the priority. The Warm Market: You get first rights to cross-sell into our existing book of 300+ households. This isn’t a "maybe"—it’s a captive audience waiting for a professional. The Power Team: You aren't closing complex commercial cases alone. We have a built-in network of a CPA and an Estate Planning Attorney to provide the technical backing needed to move large cases. The Ideal Profile 3+ Years of Life Experience: You know the difference between a "quote" and a "presentation." You understand Business Continuity and can execute a D.I.M.E. discovery in your sleep. Hungry but Practical: You want to leverage existing infrastructure to hit a $100k+ income goal without the overhead of starting your own agency. We care about impact. Base Salary: Tiered model of $45,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience/licensing). The Upside: An aggressive commission split of 50%+ on all life business.
