Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at our aquatic facility.The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to provide excellent guest services.This role requires a proactive approach to pool maintenance and emergency response, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.Duties Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.Enforce pool rules and regulations while providing excellent guest services.Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe swimming environment.Respond promptly to emergencies, administering First Aid and CPR as necessary.Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities and equipment for safety compliance.Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to pool maintenance and equipment management.Maintain accurate records of pool activities, incidents, and maintenance logs.Requirements Valid Lifeguard certification, including CPR and First Aid training.Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if necessary.Experience in guest services with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and equipment maintenance is preferred.Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for pool maintenance tasks.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Must be attentive, responsible, and able to remain calm in emergency situations.Join our team as a Lifeguard where your skills will help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests!
