Job Title:Lifeguard (Seasonal) Location:Coatesville Country Club - Coatesville, PAJob Type:Part-Time / Seasonal (Summer) Job Summary:Coatesville Country Club is seeking responsible and attentive Lifeguards to oversee the safety of members and guests at our pool facility during the summer season.This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, dependable, and enjoy working in a family-friendly environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers Enforce pool rules and club policies Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Administer first aid and CPR when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Qualifications:Current Lifeguard Certification (e.g., American Red Cross) or willingness to obtain before start date CPR/AED and First Aid Certification required Strong swimming skills and ability to pass a swim test Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Schedule:Seasonal:Memorial Day through Labor Day Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Pay:$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
