Job Title:Lifeguard / Pool Attendant (Seasonal)Location:Private Country ClubAge Requirement:Must be at least 15 years old - 15yo are required to have a workers permit Position Overview:We are seeking friendly, responsible, and attentive individuals to join our team as Lifeguards for the upcoming pool season.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with members, and being part of a team-focused environment.In addition to maintaining a safe pool area, lifeguards will assist with light food & beverage service during slower times.Key Responsibilities: Monitor the pool area to always ensure the safety of members and guests Enforce all pool rules and respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pool deck environment Assist with taking food and beverage orders from members Deliver food and drinks from the poolside caf to tables and seating areas Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for members and guests Work closely with pool management and food & beverage staff as needed Requirements: Must be at least 15 years old Current Lifeguard Certification preferred (training opportunities may be available for the right candidates) CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert for extended periods Friendly, professional attitude with a willingness to interact with members Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Preferred Qualities: Previous lifeguarding or swim team experience Comfort working in a team environment Strong communication and customer service skills Schedule: Seasonal position with weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Flexible scheduling available for students What We Offer: Positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain valuable safety, service, and leadership experience A fun summer atmosphere at a private country club How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit an application and include any current certifications.Job Types:Part-time, Seasonal Pay:$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours:15 - 30 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
