St.Nick Pools is hiring certified lifeguards to join our team at an outdoor pool for the Summer 2026 in Freehold, NJ.Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification (REQUIRED) (CPR certification alone does NOT qualify) Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong communication skills Pay $17-$20 per hour (based on experience and availability) Season Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day (September 7) Job Summary As a lifeguard, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of all residents and guests by actively monitoring the pool and surrounding areas.Job Responsibilities Monitor pool and deck areas to ensure safety at all times Enforce HOA pool rules in a professional and respectful manner Respond to emergencies, including water rescues, CPR, and First Aid Maintain a clean and safe pool environment Record and log daily water testing results Clock in/out using mobile scheduling system What Makes This Job Great!
