Lifeguard

Highland Lakes Condominium Association of Northville is looking for a few lifeguards for the summer season of 2026.This is a full-time position only, requiring 32hours per week.You will be joining a lifeguard staff of roughly 9 other guards.Lifeguards monitor the pool deck and enclosure, provide safety and life-saving measures when needed, do light cleaning and inventory and otherwise oversee a very large in-ground heated pool, sundeck and baby pool behind our clubhouse.The applicant should have fairly open availability including weekends and evenings.The pool will open to our residents on Friday, May 22nd but we will need some staffing at the end of April to start setting up the pool deck, cleaning the locker rooms and otherwise getting things ready.The position is open until a few days after Labor Day to provide for take-down and storage of loungers, chairs, etc.Lifeguards must be certified, but training and certification is available through the employer.Prior lifeguarding experience is preferred but not necessary.Pay:$15.00 per hour Experience:Lifeguard:1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Northville, MI 48167 (Required) Work Location:In person.
