CELTS Pool Management Lifeguard - Seasonal Want to earn $5,000 this summer?? CELTS Pool Management (a division of CELTS Aquatics Group) is hiring Part-Time Lifeguards! We’re looking for professional, motivated individuals dedicated to top-tier safety and service. As a key member of our Water Safety Team, you’ll supervise the pool area and ensure all safety policies are followed. Ready to dive in? Ensure safety through supervision and enforcement of rules. Respond quickly to emergencies in and out of the water. Administer first aid as needed. Report unsafe conditions to the Director or Head Guard. Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance duties. Test water and report chlorine or pH issues to the supervisor. Maintain a professional appearance. Know and enforce pool rules respectfully. Display a positive attitude. Attend all staff meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old. Valid Lifeguard Certification (training available). Excellent public relations and customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of analyzing information and making objective assessments. Maintain objectivity and appropriate care standards. Team player who can work under direct supervision in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Pay and Hours: *Earn up to $16.78 per hour depending on experience. Available hours range from 24 to 32 per week, with shifts during the day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
