Our Facility Maintenance Manager is looking for passionate individuals to join our team.Qualified candidates will have an opportunity to work in a team-oriented and member-centric environment which will provide exceptional service for all.Duties and Responsibilities Our Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring members and their guests have a safe and positive experience at the club by exhibiting excellent customer service.Key duties and responsibilities include: Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety. Administers first aid to minor injuries such as small cuts and bruises of swimmers. Maintains amenities in and cleanliness of changing rooms, bathrooms and showers. Enforces the rules of conduct. Helps performs pool maintenance to include checking chemicals and pool vacuuming. Checks the first aid supplies and reports needed items to management in a timely fashion. Skims bugs and other debris from surface to prepare pool for daily use, empties automatic skimmer. Cleans up and organizes pool area at the end of the day. Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Perks Golf privileges. Employee food and merchandise discounts. Compensation is based upon experience/ certification.Job Details and Requirements This is a seasonal position (May through September) The pool is open from 10am until 8pm. Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (not required for pool attendants) Must be 16 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States. Successful candidates must have reliable transportation.Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
