OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests at our Club.The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while ensuring th activities are conducted safely.Responsibilities Monitor lake activities to ensure the safety of all guests.Enforce lake rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.Perform regular lawn/patio cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.Respond promptly to emergencies, administering CPR and first aid as necessary.Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to stay prepared for any situation.Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to lake maintenance equipment or supplies.Maintain accurate incidents, and guest interactions.Skills Proficient swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if necessary.Certification in CPR and First Aid is required lifeguard certification preferably open water certification.Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with members.Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for maintenance tasks.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety management.Strong observational skills to identify potential hazards or unsafe behaviors.Join our team as a Lifeguard where your commitment to safety will make a difference in the lives of our guests!
