Job Overview:We are currently seeking Lifeguards to join our team at Westwood Apartments.As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our pool facility.This is a responsible position that requires lifeguard certification, knowledge of first aid and CPR, and the ability to handle emergency situations with composure.Responsibilities: Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests - Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment - Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur - Administer first aid and CPR as necessary until medical professionals arrive - Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, such as testing water quality and cleaning pool areas - Provide excellent guest service by assisting with inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns - Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and maintenance activities Experience: Must have current certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR - Strong swimming skills and the ability to swim long distances comfortably - Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures is a plus - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary We offer certification reimbursement and end of the season bonuses.Apply today to join our team as a Lifeguard at Westwood Apartments.Job Type:Seasonal Pay:$15.50 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Tuition reimbursement License/Certification:Lifeguard Certification (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
